The base features comprise of 5 main components:
Calendar Manager
- This is a time-based view of Programs and Campaigns. View all your campaigns and their properties in a gaant view environment sorted by departments, geography and many other criteria. So that no matter how many campaigns are active you keep full control.
Programs Manager
- Create and manage Programs and Campaigns with a graphical based process flow design environment. Campaigns are designed using tasks and decisions which match the normal marketing campaign design flow. This direct translation reduces the need for complex HTML codes and therefore allows very complex campaigns to be designed, tested and executed much faster than would be otherwise possible.
Audiences Manager
- Create and manage Contact Profiles, Segments, and Lists. Unlimited segmentation is possible to allow true 1:1 targeting of contacts. All segmentation information is available and activity logs against each contact can be used by the tasks in a campaign to start or filter additional tasks. Thus multi step campaigns or profile driven campaigns are easy to design.
Reports Manager
- View online, in real time excel ready reports on all aspects of your campaigns.
